Shipping

Please note, due to the current lockdown in the ACT I will post orders each Monday only, to reduce my COVID exposure (and quarantine) risk.

Domestic Shipping

All items shipped domestically are trackable and are shipped via Australia Post.

You can choose to receive your item via either Express Post or Standard Post. All items will be shipped with insurance to ensure that you will be reimbursed in full if your item is lost or damaged on its journey to you. The cost of insurance will increase with the value of the item(s) purchased. 

The arrival time for Express Post is currently 1-4 business days. 

The arrival time for Standard Post is currently 2-8 business days. 

International Shipping

All items shipped internationally are trackable via Australia Post. 

International shipping will incur a flat rate of AUD$30 for items up to 0.5kg (all individual items sold on this website, including packaging, weigh less than 50g).

Individual items will be shipped with insurance to ensure that you will be reimbursed in full if your item is lost or damaged on its journey to you. If you would like to purchase insurance for multiple items, please contact: nicolaknackstredtjewellery@gmail.com.

Some countries will charge customs/duties upon arrival and must be paid by the customer before collecting your parcel.

International Shipping will take approximately 10-15 business days. 

Returns

Change of Mind

Nicola hopes that you love wearing this handmade jewellery as much as she does.

In the event you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can arrange for an exchange or store credit by getting in touch via email within 7 days of purchase at: nicolaknackstredtjewellery@gmail.com. 

Custom orders are exempt from exchange and store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you will need to return your item unworn in its original packaging. You will also be responsible for any shipping and additional postage charges. When returning your item, please ensure that it is wrapped securely and posted back with insurance and tracking. Unfortunately, Nicola cannot be held liable if your item is lost or damaged on its return journey.

Damaged Goods

Nicola takes great care in crafting the precious metals used to make her jewellery and makes each piece with the intention that it will endure a lifetime of wearing. To ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and securely, Nicola personally packages each item. Should your piece arrive damaged or you consider it faulty, contact: nicolaknackstredtjewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with images and details of the damage and/ or fault.

If you item has been damaged or is faulty, you can arrange for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, you will need to return your item unworn in its original packaging. You will also be responsible for any shipping and additional postage charges. When returning your item, please ensure that it is wrapped securely and posted back with insurance and tracking. Unfortunately, Nicola cannot be held liable if your item is lost or damaged on its return journey.
